AAFI utilizes a complete array of bending machines to produce multitudes of parts in various shapes and sizes. Our capabilities allow us to form precision, complex parts with multiple bends and compound angles……all in one set-up.
Our CNC press brakes include all electric machines with 6-axis gauging and 5 micron ram repeatability. The NC controls on these machines allow us to store up to 100 jobs and recall them at the touch of a button.
For larger forming we use hydraulic machines with multi-axis CNC gauging. Our largest machine has a capacity of 125 tons x 10 ft.
We also have several other hydraulic and mechanical press brakes that can be dedicated to those jobs that require unique applications or customized tooling.
