Our laser cutting systems produce complex shaped parts with high speed precision and superior edge quality. Rapid turn around times for prototypes or production can be achieved with virtually any type of material, without exception to extreme contours or close tolerances.
Both of our laser systems have 2,000 watt resonators which can easily cut materials up to 3/8" thick. The Mitsubishi 2512 LXP is a "flying optics" style machine and the Amada Pulsar 1212XL is a "hybrid" designed machine. This creates flexability in our cutting operation allowing us to process everything from unlimited length coil stock to pre-fabricated components.
Laser cutting is an extremely versatile process for producing flat pattern blanks. It eliminates tooling cost and lead times that are critical in today's just-in-time manufacturing environment.
